Boardroom Hire
The boardroom at the Cairns Chamber of Commerce is available for hire for both members and non-members.
If you are a non-member and would like to request to book the boardroom, please review the information and submit the form below.
If you are a Cairns Chamber of Commerce Member, please use the form in your Account Dashboard.
The Boardroom can accommodate up to 12 attendees, is fully air-conditioned and comes prepared for presentations – equipped with whiteboard, projector and wall-mounted HD TV and HDMI connectivity.
Booking the boardroom is subject to availability and we will confirm as soon as possible whether your requested dates and times are available.
The boardroom is available to be booked between 9am and 4.30pm.
Following confirmation of the room’s availability for your request we will send you payment instructions.
